A Pediatric Practice That Knows Your Family

At DVPA, your child is not just another appointment on the schedule. Our pediatricians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and staff get to know your family over time.

That continuity matters. When we know your child’s history, personality, growth patterns, past concerns, and family context, we can provide care that feels more personal and connected.

Families choose DVPA because:

  • Your child can see the same trusted providers over time
  • Our nurses and staff get to know your family by name
  • Visits are never rushed
  • Parents are encouraged to ask questions
  • Concerns are taken seriously
  • Care is guided by long-term relationships, not one-time visits

This relationship-based approach helps families feel more comfortable, especially when questions, illnesses, or concerns come up.

Newborn Care and Support for Expecting Parents

The newborn stage is exciting, emotional, and full of questions. DVPA welcomes expecting parents who are looking for a pediatrician before their baby arrives.

During a prenatal visit, families can meet our team, ask questions, learn about newborn care, and better understand what happens after delivery. We also support families with newborn exams, first office visits, weight checks, feeding guidance, lactation support, development tracking, and parent education.

Our pediatricians are on active staff at Capital Health and Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. We currently provide in-hospital newborn care at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center, and we are happy to care for your baby in our office regardless of where you deliver.

For new parents, having a trusted pediatric team from the very beginning can make the first days and weeks feel less overwhelming.

Why Families Choose DVPA

Choosing a pediatrician is one of the most important healthcare decisions a family makes. Parents want a practice that is experienced, accessible, responsive, and kind. They also want a team they can trust during everyday visits and stressful moments.

Delaware Valley Pediatric Associates offers a balance of personal care, comprehensive services, and long-term experience.

Care That Supports the Whole Child

Children’s health is more than height, weight, and vaccines. At DVPA, we also help families address development, behavior, school concerns, emotional wellness, sleep, nutrition, social changes, and family questions.

Parents can talk with our providers about developmental milestones, attention concerns, learning challenges, anxiety, behavior changes, adolescent health, and other concerns that affect a child’s daily life.

Because our team knows your child over time, we can help recognize patterns and guide families toward the right next step.
