Dear DVPA families,
We are doing everything we can to ensure that every patient, family member and staff remain safe and healthy in our office. In addition to suspending walk-in visits we have added extra cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
We now have separate entrances for well patients and sick patients. Well patients will enter through the regular main doors to the office. Sick patients will be directed to park in the rear of the building and follow the signs to enter through a separate entrance on the side of the building.
We are also offering Telemedicine appointments for sick children too.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns please call us first. Thank you for entrusting us with your child's care.
Sincerely,
The providers and staff of DVPA
As healthcare providers, parents, and members of our community, we know that these are scary times. The news about Coronavirus can be overwhelming at times, and it's hard to keep up with the constant stream of information. Schools are closed, businesses are closed or closing, and everyone is being encouraged to stay home and practice social distancing.
We want you to know that we are still open. We are still here for your kids. We are still seeing patients for physicals and follow-ups. We continue to treat sick patients and are now offering the alternative of a telemedicine appointment with any of our providers for those who would rather not come into the office. We are deep cleaning and sanitizing our office daily, and are following protocols put forth by the CDC with regard to potential coronavirus patients.
As parents, you have a lot of questions. We are updating our website and Facebook page multiple times a day with answers to FAQ and articles we hope will help parents and families get through these unprecedented times. And we are here to listen and offer the best advice we can. You can still call us 24/7/365.
We're all in this together.
To aid in social distancing to stop the spread of COVID-19, and to protect both our patients and our staff, we are now offering telemedicine in addition to our in-person visits. You will still need to call for an appointment, but these telemedicine appointments are available with any of our providers. Call (609) 896-4141 to schedule a telemedicine appointment for your child. More information can be found here.
